Please prepare your abstract using the official template and review the guidelines below before submitting. Submissions are considered for oral or poster presentation based on peer review.

- Use the official abstract template and submit via the online portal.
- Abstracts must be written in English and within the stated word limits.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
- Each presenter may appear on multiple submissions but may present up to two works.
- Ensure all information is accurate. Edits are not permitted after submission.
- Please declare conflicts of interest where applicable.
- Presenting authors must register for the conference upon acceptance.
Presentation types
- Oral presentation (15 minutes including Q&A; final timing at the discretion of chairs).
- Poster presentation (printed, displayed onsite).

Review & policies
- All submissions undergo peer review by the program committee.
- Incomplete or non-English submissions will not be reviewed.
- No revisions after the submission deadline.
- Accepted presenters must register, pay and attend; otherwise the work will not appear in the program.
- By submitting, authors confirm compliance with ethics and consent for promotional materials as outlined by the conference.
